Thanks for sharing your review... Is it necessary to check the locality and neighbourhood?
Sebestiana Firdos

Yes of course, locality plays a pivotal role while investing. Finalize a locality based on its social infrastructure, and check if the locality has all kind of amenities that meet your demands and needs.

While investing you should also check on the resale value, materials used while construction and also cross check that the developers give you all the titles and that only have the right to sell the property in future.

You can look for areas like Jayanagar, Sadashivnagar, Whitefield, Koramangala, Hennur Road and Bellary Road. These localities offer the perfect mixture of both residential and commercial spaces. You can also expect good appreciation in the coming future.

Builder background check is one of the most important thing a property buyer should research, check his track records and reputation on the basis of his previous track record.

Make sure that you are investing in a verified property, check if the builder has the approval for the capital venture and check the deeds of the property
