Hi Nitesh,
if we compare all these project on basis of quality, technology used, location and timely delivery of project, Gaur Atulayam is marginally ahead. but others are equally good projects for investments purpose.

As per my knowledge, Migsun Ultimo is one of the popular residential project is OMICRON 3,Greater Noida. This project offers 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 1005 sq-ft to 1595 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 2400/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around 2018 March. This project is located in a prime residential decent sector, having all daily basic amenities nearby.

As of now, the construction is on full swing. Excavation work is going on now. This project has 2towers with G+21 floors. Project has covered approx 6.5acres of land. This project provides maximum greenery with wide open space. This has open from 3sides. Very well connected with other parts of city via city transport & metro.
