Yes, they have kept a pre-launch offer between September 15 and 27 to select exclusive 2/3BHK residences starting at a special price of over Rs 74 lakh. This is applicable for the first 75 units and the per square feet cost will be around Rs 8080 for standard units and Rs 8640 for premium ones.

What are the basic amenities provided by the developer in this project? I heard that the company has raised nearly Rs. 2700 crore from 2 global private equity firms? What is the use of this fund?

It will have a community centre, an ISKCON temple and a spiritual learning centre, among other amenities.

Yes, in last 2 months, Piramal Realty has raised nearly Rs 2700 crore from 2 global private equity firms- Warburg Pincus (Rs 1800 crore) and Goldman Sachs (Rs 900 crore) for minority stake.

The company will utilise these funds for expanding real estate portfolio and acquiring prime properties in and around Mumbai.

Piramal Vaikunth by Piramal Realy is a mixed-use project, spread across 32 acres of vast land, and will house 14 towers having 2/3 BHK apartments, duplexes and townhouses. The first phase of the project would consists 200-300 residential units.

A 2BHK will cost to you Rs.74 lacs onward. This is applicable for the first 75 units only.
