Q: Hi I am interested in buying a 3BHK villa here in palm meadows.May I know the price for the property.Also if there is anybody residing in this villas can you please share your thoughts on the management and availability of basic necessities like power and water in this area

Hi Kiran, for 3 BHK villa in Palm meadows is around 3.5Cr. Aparna construction is one of the leading builders in Hyderabad. Projects is well designed and will surely appreciate very well. Water logging is common in some parts of the area, but most of the apartments use rain water harvesting and other such options to control it. It shouldn't be a major problem with palm meadows as such I think.
