I bought a flat in hall mark rainvalley. I did not face any problems. Every thing went smoothly. Construction wise also its good compared to others in that locality. People may feel bad at the time of negotiation because they are not soft spoken. Now a days all builders of small constructions are like that only. To show off that they are giving the better quality and they are not going to reduce the prices. If you feel ok with price, as that is already constructed, no need to bother about suffering, ethics and all.
My Advice to the Property Buyers is not to consider any of the Hallmark Builders Project. Because they don't have ethics also they will make you suffer a lot. This is not just written to defame anyone. there are many Genuine sufferers of their bad ethics and deceiving people. Live Cases can be provided if interested

Hi Nakul , as per my knowledge over this area, you get Min 200 sq yd presidential plots at approx 15 to 20 lakhs.The area is in demand for its posh locale. However, as per my knowledge Manikonda comes under gram panchayat and the permission is for G+2 only. However, Building plan is approved by builder for G+4. So, Please suggest me in this regards...

However, you can find many illegal constructions in this area but current trends is changing very rapidly. Manikonda is quickly turning into a commercial hub these days. A number of fancy brands have decided to set up shop in Manikonda and surrounding areas like OU Colony.

Hi I think this locality has faced water shortage in the past, but now the situation is much better now. Electricity supply is adequate in this area and mostly all commercial and local utility is available in this location.
Hello dear , I am residing in this location and I found many civic issues in this area. Of the worst are the bad roads and insufficient water supply. In fact very recently there's was a report about this that I saw on the news. Basically the road situation is very bad. potholes everywhere, sewage and sludge make it difficult for cars and bikes to ride on it. Many 2 wheelers have met with minor accidents because of uneven roads. And if a car goes fast on these roads, the car's engine starts acting up or gets damaged. And every single road is bad. I haven't seen one nice one yet. Water problem is another thing. Everyday the lower income groups sit by the pipeline waiting for water to show up and it is in very limited quantity. So most of them have to spend extra and buy water from tankers which is not fair for them! This locality needs some major work.
dont worry ramakrishna its very close to get manjira & krishna water due to some mis-conceptions b/w panchayat raj & ghmc its not able to sort-out . but on the right side of pipe line road u hve water but on left side very less compartively
