Hi, I think all these vicinity are IT driven area, the rental demand for 2BHK units is robust here.you can find an apartment of sizes ranging between 900 to 1200 sq ft. However, currently it's seen that there is a shift in demand for 1BHK unit in the city. so if you want to consider investing in the smaller unit, it can also prove to be a good deal keeping the current status and trend in the market.

Hello Anup, I think investment in Pune property market remains rewarding.Pune have a better prospects as compare to Nagpur real estate market considering price appreciation, rental returns & quality of projects. The above reasons are mainly because of proximity to Mumbai, connectivity to Bangalore, offices of IT/ITES, Automotive & Engineering R&D companies, new international airport, proximity to new international airport at Navi Mumbai, good quality of life, etc

Undri is witnessing the development and offers many new and resale properties Since most projects here are new or under construction, they offer modern facilities like reserved parking, security, intercom facilities and swimming pool etc.

The announcement of merging 34 villages, including Undri with the PMC has brought some respite. This indicates that it will soon be incorporated within the PMC limits, thus, solving the water and other public infrastructure issues.
