Revanta Heights project is around 5mins away from Gurgaon-Dwarka Expressway & from upcoming diplomatic enclave. Dwarka Sector-21 metro station is around 5mins away from here. This project to Golf Course & football stadium distance is approx 5mins. Upcoming disney land is approx 7min from here. As this project located in L-zone here you will have all daily basic amenities nearby.

As per my knowledge, as a stage towards encouraging the developing need of housing in Delhi, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is dealing with the Master Plan of L Zone. L Zone is required to provide a stimulus to the moderate and stagnant real estate business sector of the national capital.

As per development plan, the authority has isolated Delhi into 15 zones wherein "L" Zone is the biggest and brags Najafgarh as the main evaluation town in the zone. At present the zones are open for purchasing plot, wherein the private builders as well as housing societies are approaching with their investment ideas.

This project offers 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK apartment, area ranging from 975 sq-ft to 2100 sq-ft. This society is registered under central registrar of cooperative societies, govt of India. This project is located in L-zone, one of hot spot residential prime location, suitable both for investment & end use.

This project is now on pre launch stage. As per sources, construction will start after 1year. Builder quoted price is around 3000/sq-ft to 3150/sq-ft. It will take around 3 to 3yr 6months time to complete this project. Here this project has 5towers, each tower has G+15 floors, each floor will have 4units, so total around 300 units will come in this project.

According to sources, project will have plenty open spaces with greenery. As per the government plan everything will be constructed. There will be no low rise structures. Compulsory high rise structure will be constructed in this land. L-zone offers affordable housing facilities specially designed to take care of middle class people requirement. Good location, good connectivity & better affordability are the main reasons, why people will invest or have their home here.
