Cant suggest you with flat in Dwarka area, but if your looking for a 2BHK flat in Gurgaon, then I will suggest you checkout Palm Studios by Emaar India. Cost of the flat is reasonable & also offers excellent connectivity of NH8 & IGI airport. I hope it will helps.

There are many ongoing and ready-to-move projects are available for sale in Dwarka but it is very difficult to choose the right one. As real estate is going through its tough phase. As we have seen the result in the last couple of years. And currently after demonetization, real estate sales in almost all parts of the country is decreasing. Project delay has become a major issue these days. Those who have booked their flats in 2010, still they are waiting to get their flat possession. Apart from that, lot's of fraud cases have come to know these days and special in Delhi/NCR region. So, i would suggest you to go for ready-to-move projects. As it is little bit costlier that pre-launch or under construction buy risk is very less.

I am agree with Sunil....
Ready-to-move properties are safe buying decision and you will get what you have promised or have seen. Risk are very less. And if you have a good bargainer then cam get a good deal bcz real estate market is dull almost all parts of the country and in this condition builders want to sell their unsold inventory at a discount rate.
