What about the project approval? Have all the approvals in place? What about the project connectivity? How far is the daily basic amenities from the project site?
As far as project approval is concerned, IOD is in place but they are waiting for the Commencement Certificate. Once they will get the CC, construction work will start. As per the sales guy, all the leading banks are funding this project. But one-thing that is coming in my mind, how can a bank approve the project in absence of IOD and CC.Plz. make sure that these 2 approvals are in place before booking.

I have discussed with their sale guy and found that they are waiting for the Commencement Certificate. Booking have closed booking now. Once they will start the construction, will start booking for further flats.
