Thanks guys for your prompt response. I have ooked at the Mahagun Marvella but didn't find any 1-2 bhk in my budget. Sector 73 is little far from the metro and proposed metro will not be touching this sector too. Are there any other options?
As per my knowledge, Sector 119 is a very premium residential sector with decent residential environment. In year 2010 Oct-Dec, the average residential price was around 2550/sq-ft.
