I am looking for some ongoing apartment projects in Yelahanka within a budget range of Rs 1 crore.. Please help me with some good projects from good builders.

The construction work going on in this project is very slow. It is worth buy a property here and what is the price going on.

They just started with the work, the project is estimated to get completed by 2018 end most probably.

The average selling price going on in this locality is Rs 4700. I would say that it is worth buy a property in this locality because, Yelahanka is well rounded and multi-faceted. You can expect appreciation within a time frame of 3 to 5 years. If the project is handed over on time than it can be a win-win situation for you.

from many source cam to know that fortuna group never delivery project on time. so has apprehension .
rate is 4100 . Its good any body comment who has booked

Anyways the project is expected to be completed by 2018 and if there is a delay in that then there is no point to investing money in this project.
