Q: Hello! I have a residential property in LBS Nagar near Old Airport Road, Bengaluru. I Am planning to sell that property which is 600sqft G+2(1500sqft). But the problem is that it is B Khata and the documents i have are affidavit,Ec,property tax,pahani,general power of attorney and sale deed. No Mother deed and MR. Nationalized banks are not providing any home loans against B-Katha property.You can go to the sub-registrar office to get the site converted according to govt. If you want a home loan it is better to convert your B-Khata property to A -Khata.
