I am searching for a affordable house in Gurgaon. I came to know about Signature Global Grand Iva. I want to know the payment plan of Signature Global Grand IVA project. Kindly share some information.

As per my knowledge, on booking of a flat you have to pay 5% of total cost. On allotment 20% of total cost of flat -15days after the announcement of Draw Result. Then within 6months of booking- 12.50% of total cost.
Within 12 months of booking- 12.50% of total cost,
Within 18 months of booking- 12.50% of total cost of flat,
Within 24 months of booking- 12.50% of total cost of flat,
Within 30months - 12.50% of total cost of flat & within 36 months of booking-12.50% of total cost of flat.
Signature Global Grand Iva project will be developed with the help of Haryana Government. This is going to be a value based housing. Project will spread over around 9 acres of land, allotted by Govt. of Haryana. Project has not started yet. Project will lunch very soon. It is expected that project will complete within approx 4years. As per sources, pricing based on carpet area at Rs. 4000/sq-ft (all inclusive) and Balcony at Rs. 500/sq- ft (all inclusive).

As per my knowledge, Signature Global Grand Iva is one of the affordable upcoming housing project, going to be developed by JMK Holding Pvt. Ltd( also known as Signature & Global). This affordable housing project will be located in Gurgaon, Sector- 103, which is having all daily basic amenities nearby. Project will offer 1BHK & 2BHK apartment, area ranging from 400 sq-ft to 745 sq-ft.

As per sources, average residential price of Sector-103, Gurgao was around 3128/sq-ft in year 2010 last quarter. After many ups & downs, this average residential price has touched around 5111/sq-ft in year 2015 July-September. This sector has capital appreciation of around 30% during couple of years. Rental & resale activity are more in this sector.

Project has 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK apartment, areas ranging from 640 sq-ft to 1930 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 4000/sq-ft. From location & strategic point of view, this project will offer a lot.

From investment & end use point of view, Noida Extension is a very important location. You can expect very handsome return with in 2-3years. It's not like Gurgaon will disappoint you, if you will compare both location, then both are good as per their market activity. Gurgaon a prime hot spot for end users as well as investors.

Definitely this location will provide you best return in next 3-5 years.From investment point of view, Noida extension is also same good as Gurgaon.
