Now-a-days, land grabbing has become a link between officials, politicians and builders. The innocent victims should be compensated through recovery from the accused's properties. These should be stopped and govt. should take the disciplinary action against those builders and estate agent for further forgery.

Hi Everybody,
The Bombay high court on Monday directed the police to take action against builders for illegal constructions instead of waiting for someone to come forward to lodge a complaint. The issue came into highlights when a bench headed by Justice Abhay Oka, while hearing a public interest litigation regarding a large number of illegal constructions in Digha village in Navi Mumbai.

@Sishir,
Justice Oka asked police, do you want said party to approach the police? Without this, you are helpless? Is there nothing like of your own action? If you register offence on time, money of flat purchasers can be recovered.
