should I buy from SV heights

Q: Hi All,

Please be careful about this project and builder. The builder takes premium money saying OC.His architech design is very bad. He cheats in parking area.the parking area given in his last projects is very very small, one can not even park a maruti alto. So please keep everything in agreement. Also the construction quality is very very bad. Last project, it developed big cracks throughout the buildings.He somehow handovers the key and after that he does not listen to all the complaints .He removes all his staff from that building ,and owners suffer for next 2 years to rectify things out of their own pockets. So please be very carefull.

as of now couple of.But the last one is SV brindavanam. He has done a very bad job there.He took lots of money for car parking but given only 7feet width car parking.All the amenities are not yet given.He now not listeing to anything,not solving any issues there.Owners are struggling for everything.

Hi All,
I would recommend give the last option in buying from this builder. He kind of cheats. He charges premium price, but the amenities are not at all standard.He squeezed the car parking in his last projects and sold extra parkings.The owners got car parking very less like 7 feet which is very difficult to park a ALTO comfortably. His constructions are not good. He would gives keys early before completing any emenities and then he will leave everything to owners to suffer.He will remove all his staff just after handover the keys and wont listen any of the probelms.He does not care for anybody after the handover. So be careful of all these things.
