May be two years ago I heard that the housing minister was fighting hard for the Suryanagar Phase IV housing project of Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) in Anekal taluk. Suryanagar Phase IV housing project will be located 34 kilometers away from the state-capital at Jigani village. Good to hear that the work will start soon

Hi Bhaskaran, i liked a plot in Sai Prashanthi Homes. I`am in confusion whether to go ahead or not since i need a clarification of the property. Does the property belongs to EX-Minister MR. Prabhakar Reddy. I was been informed by the builder that the area will be converted to CMC asap.
Please let me know incase if any issues are
