sri sai nagar mahalakshmi layout
Q: Hi, I heard " sri Sai nagar mahalakshmi Layout" near Devanahalli, They built layout and the measurement of 20x30 and 30x40 sites selling price of 1.5 Lac and 3 Lac. Any one suggest me this layout is good to bye or not. Because I heard near devanahalli lands having some litigation. Could you please advise.

Latest Answer: Chikballapur is a town in Karnataka, located within 3 kilometers of Muddenahalli and 58.5 kilometers north of Bangalore. The area is served by KTC buses running regularly between Bangalore and Chikballapur. But the area need some more time to develop and I do not thing this area can be considered for livability. For investment purpose, it is a definitely a good choice.

I heard SuryaCity Phase-4 will be start near Jigani. Any one please advise how much will be the starting price.
