According to sources, it is found that NRIs prefer Whitefield, Hebbal and south Bangalore. The price of property ranges from Rs 65 lakhs to Rs 1.25 crores approximately. Most of the demand is for 2-3 BHK units.

The city is much in demand as one of the preferred investment destination in the US given the potential appreciation in property prices and high rental yields.

I agree with you but what I feel is that many US companies establishing their presence in the city and secondly NRI's are getting attracted because of reduction in home loan lending rate, property market drawn by the prevailing competitive prices and flexible repayment terms.

Reputed builders are going extra mile by undertaking property management services themselves for their Bangalore projects to tap the NRI market. This has motivated and increased the confidence level of investors who are unable to make use of their residential units during their absence in India.
