Query on General to SC/ST land, please advice

Q: Hi actually I belong to Schedule caste and I am planning to buy a land in Bangalore and that land belong to a general. as after the deed, I will be the owner but I have query if I want to sell that property in future again , Can I sale that to general ? or it would be a litigation issue.

​You will become an absolute owner of the land like any other citizen and consequently you can sell the same. Constraint against alienation/selling is applicable only in respect of land granted by the government

I don't think registered sale deed has anything to do with caste. To be on the safer size you can consult an legal expert
