Hey Abhi, What is the rate per sqft going on and how much will be the price of a 2 bhk apartment?

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3100 and the price of apartment in this project ranges from Rs 34.93 lakhs to Rs 42.86 lakhs approximately.

Hello Vijay, Kumari Elite is an ongoing project and the project is expected to get completed by January 2016. The project has got all the necessary approvals like BBMP and banks like SBI, LIC, HDFC, ICICI, L&T Finance.

They are also going to provide A Khata and Occupancy Certificate :) :)
