I have not booked yet but I am planning to book a 2bhk apartment here so I enquired for the same. Currently the rate per sqft ranges from Rs 4950 sqft to Rs 5500 sqft. Rs 25 floor rise charges from 5th floor and Rs 40 from 8th floor.
