I have also invested in the Oh My God Project and have requested for a refund due to financial commitments but i am not

Q: I have also invested in the Oh My God Project and have requested for a refund due to financial commitments but i am not able to get a positive response yet. Its been getting postponed . How to proceed plus a huge cancellation penalty policy is being briefed to me.

Hi Kapil, First try to talk to the builder once again and if he is still postponing to refund the amount, you can consult an legal expert and take necessary steps.
