Rento not giving call back

Q: Hi,

This is to register a complaint. When we search for properties through agent all of them come up under Rento. We liked a few of the properties so we tried calling them. When the call went through they took down our requirements and told that a field agent will contact us. After that nothing. Noone has called for the past few days. When we try calling back noone picks up the call. There were several houses that suited our requirements so its not because there is no house. Then it could be that the houses they have posted is no longer available. Then they should take out that listing. The same house has been posted more than once with different pictures or different rents or different locations. If atleast one is available they could have called back. Please do a cleanup as its even had to find other agents in this as they have filled up almost 3 pages with only their posts.
I could not find a report button so I posted this in the forum.
