Yes, Majestic Residency, BTM Layout has all the required approvals from concerned department such as BBMP, BWSSB, BDA, BSNL, BESCOM, and A-Khata is in place. As far as bank approval is concerned, Corporation Bank, LIC Housing Fin, CItibank, ICICI Bank, SBI, HDFC, Axis, Kotak etc are funding this project.
