Kondhwa's rate as per the PMC is 4950/- to 6200/- per sq ft. You can find small sized, medium and large sized flats in the same area. For under construction projects the on going rate is 4250/- onwards.

The area is absolutely well connected to the main city area viz. MG Road - 5.5 kms, Station- 8 kms, Airport- 16 kms. All the basic necessities are available in Kondhwa.

We are selling our flats at 4300/- per sq ft with spacious rooms and high quality construction in RCC, brick work and plaster.

Hi,
Kondhwa is an upcoming locality and rates there will be shooting up soon. Property price is moving up & up compared to others that have gone up already. Currently, the average rate per sq ft is approx Rs 5000 to 5200.

Hi Apurva, As per my research, Kondhwa is certainly one of the fastest growing residential areas in the suburbs of Pune. It is positioned in southern Pune with close proximity to Military Cantonment areas. It has good connectivity to Pune airport and the railway - station.
