Hi,Pune is the emerging residential hub now and in Pune Bavdhan is a good locality for residential purpose as it has good connectivity to near by schools,hospitals,shopping areas etc.Puranik builders has launched their new project Puranik Abitante which consisit of apartments with Italian concept.

Hi friends. One of my friends has suggested Bavdhan for good returns on investment and so looking to purchase a 2 BHK apartment here.What rental income should I expect in this area?

The Bavdhan is surely attracting end user as well as investors. The returns are great in this area. I think currently you get approx 10 k to 12 k monthly rental income in this locality.If you talk about capital appreciation, this area witnessed almost 30 per cent price increment during the last two years.

Bavdhan, located about 11 km west of Punes town centre, turned into a most advantageous destination for second homes and Holiday homes.Low traffic made it a perfect getaway for various end user.Today, the presence of residential projects and company workplaces is contributing to the development of this locality.

Hi, As per top real estate expert the current price trends in this area is approx Rs 6900 per sq ft and Bavdhan still has a high supply of properties in the price range of Rs 20-60 lakh. This locality is mostly creating demand for the end user and also for those who want to invest in the second home.

Hello all, I grow up in this locality and definitely I like to say that this locality shows tremendous growth in last 5 yr. I can see various changes taken over this period due to various factor like:
1. Government initiative for planned infrastructure.
2. Less traffic congestion compared to neighbouring localities.
3. Direct access to Hinjewadi via the Mumbai-Pune Bypass Road
4. Pashan Road and the Maharishi Karve Road connects it to the rest of the city.

Bavdhan is one of the upcoming locality these days due to space crunch in the major part of cities, Pune are expanding very rapidly and real estate market are directly impacting from this.Low-cost property, good-deliberate design and accessibility to Hinjewadi make Bavdhan one of the best places to live in Pune.
