Latest Answer: This is in reference of Flat NO 102 of DPWHO PROJECT NO-25 D being Constructed at Dwarka Sector-23B Pocket-:7 POCHANPUR, NEW DELHI. This was booked on 6th September2014 and was to be handed over within 18 months. But Construction never started for this project and after approaching DPW multiple times DPW dodged and were giving fake promises. Due to frustration finally I cancelled project on 26 Feb 2016 because of Their fake promises and Project never started. I am still waiting for payment along with interest which they were supposed to pay on 10th of this month as promised and mentioned in letter. I want DPW response for the same otherwise I have to go for Legal Action against Them as I have given them enough chances and have been waiting for long.
