Yes you can get bank loan easily or I can say within 24 hr, they will provide contact details of bank employees at the point of booking.Yes, you can take home loan from HDFC and also builder has tie up with other nationalised banks like SBI, LIC, ICICI banks.
What type of configuration is the project offering and what is the rate per sqft going? How many towers and units are planned? What is the total land area?
Suncoast Pune offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments to buyers that are sized between 894 and 2513 sq. ft. on an average. The project consists of 183 units.Currently, the rate per sqft going on is Rs 5750.Almost half the construction has been done so I think they will delivered project on time.
@ Bashir, At the time of booking, you have to pay 20% of the BSP. It would be around 10 lakhs for 2 BHK unit of 1000 sf ft. Initially, in advance, you have to pay 2 lakh and rest at the time of booking. Within one month you have to 20% and rest 80% is according to the CLP plan.

Hello dear, Karan Suncoast launch in Jan 2015 and a till now 40% of the construction work is done. Construction work is in full swing, you can visit project site for verifying the construction quality, in my observation it is good.
The project is approved under Township planning and also proposed to take approval from PMC. I think the builder is good enough to provide entire information. As per builder person project is expected to complete till Nov 2018.
Hello dear, Simply you can take Baner highway, it will take 4 to 5 Km to reach project site. It is 1 Km from Chandni Chowk.Kothrud and Aundh are also easily accessible from the project while the Western Bypass Highway also runs near it.
I would say Karna Developer is the average builder and developer but since he well established in Pune and delivered more than 10 projects in Pune city I would rate him good and justifiable builder.
I am not very much aware of this builder, but many of my friends has booked apartment from this builder. I think it would be great to deal with this builder. Developers are enjoying a highly respectable status in local real estate sector both in commercial and residential.

Recently I was visit the project site and analysed all project details minutely and found that they are providing various amenities like Club House with Party Lawn and Indoor Games Tennis Court Well equipped Gymnasium Open Air Stage and Amphitheatre Children Play Area Senior Citizen County
Last Sunday I have contact with the builder concerned person and when I ask about amenities part they tell me that the safety is the key in designing the smooth internal driveway and ample parking space, well resourced with rain water harvesting, solar water heating systems and various eco-friendly measures.
