Q: Villa properties in Sarjapura Bangalore are not fetching as much price as expected. Why ?
Not many people showing interest for the same, even though its an upcoming area with development definite in the area in coming years.
What to do to sale a villa at a price better than just margin cost price (inflated).

Hi Avisek, Recently I have checked two villas projects in Sarjapur namely Aisshwarya Samskruthi Villa and Manar Pureearth, the price what builder is quoting seems to be fine as per the locality.
