Latest Answer: Hi Srinivas, I think it’s not at all a dead investment. Confident Indus is located in Sarjapur road and that is the main benefit. Though it is far from the city, it is near to the IT campus, Whitefield and the outer ring road. It is one of the fastest developing area. There are certain renowned Shopping malls, hospitals and educational institutions nearby. As far as my knowledge goes the value of the plots in that area will not come down.
