Recently I purchased 1 BHK unit in hinjewadi Pune, in my flat they provide Open kitchen and drawing cum dining rooms which are one of the famous and authorized design standards. It is one of the unique design which allow developers to keep the apartment size small but also give buyers efficient utilization of limited space.

Hello Rohit,
In current market trends where the cost of the property is increasing very rapidly over the time, hence the home buyer's choice is also changing. It is also true that many professional buyers are increasingly looking for new homes near their office location with affordable sizes, but this does not mean that they're compromising on their lifestyle. Most of the buyers prefer a small, compact house equipped with all the basic amenities.

Agree with you dear. Nowadays Developers across India are downsizing properties to beat slowdown blues by offering smaller units. Aspects like half rooms, open kitchen, drawing-cum-dining rooms and folding interiors are being integrated within the residential projects in order to supply maximum utilization of available space to the residents.

Hello Priyadarshini,
Demand for smaller apartments has accelerated usually because of the budget constraint. To cover come this situation the developers are bringing smart changes in the smaller apartments they have to offer, so that the buyers do not have to compromise on their comfort. As a result, the apartments must be designed in this sort of method that aren't only low cost but are liveable as good.
