Q: Hi, We have booked a flat in padmalaya project. But there is no progress in this project for the past six or seven months. Can anyone please tell us what is really happening.
Hi Prasanna,Last month I visited the site and I found that the construction is going on. What I observed while my visit is that till 5th-floor construction are completed. Yes, I think construction is going slow due to climate and flood in the Chennai. Thanks

The project is well located and connected to other parts of the city. The project is located at main road on the Vandalur Kelambakkam Road and 2 kms away from Kelambakkam Junction. 2.5 kms away from Siruseri IT Park and also Surrounded by Chettinad Health City and various engineering colleges like Sathyabama, Hindusthan Engg, VIT, Fomra Engg, SSN, Tagore Engg College, etc
Real Value Padmalaya approved by DTCP. The model flat is already built in the site for visitors. The plans and the video of the project are available in the website. This project is spread on 8.5 acres of land and In phase 1 & 2 there are 4 blocks A & B, C & D for which booking are open. They are ready to hand over this project till Dec 2017.

In month of Oct I was visited the site office and analysed all project details minutely and you can also see the sample flat and I observed that they are providing various amenities like: Gymnasium Children's Play area Multi - Purpose party hall Jogger's track Sewage treatment plant RO Water Piped gas connection Covered & Open Car Parking open garden in the front Indoor / Outdoor games
Yes you can take home loan from SBI and also builder has tie up with other banks like LIC, ICICI, HDFC banks and Yes the builder has taken necessary approval for this project. All document are clear there is no issue with paper works. I think Water source is salty in this area, but builder person said that their is no issue with the water supply , they are also providing RO system.
