Has the project got all the necessary approvals from banks and legal body? How is the real estate market in Hebbal?

As far as I know the project has approval from all the leading banks. Hebbal's growth curve has usually moved upwards. The IT parks and other commercial hubs in and around the locality have heavily influenced its development. Its close proximity to the Bengaluru International Airport has ensured that infrastructure keeps being developed.

Hebbal is part of the Outer Ring Road stretch that contributes about 25 per cent of the total IT office space in Bengaluru. This is expected to grow significantly with more IT companies showing interest in investing in the Hebbal area. Its close proximity to the already established IT parks makes the place suitable for investment.

Currently how much is the rate per sqft the builder is quoting and how much do I have to pay as the booking amount.

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 6900 and Rs 5 lacs is the booking amount. The project is spread over 5 acres of land divided into 8 phase. Phase I will have 11 towers having 2B+G+15 floors. There will be a total of 650 units with a combination of 2,3 and 4 bhk apartments. All 3 bhk ( large) and 4 bhk apartments will have a servant room.

L & T Raintree Boulevard was launched this October and the project is expected to get completed by 2019. The price of apartments in this project ranges from Rs 95 lakhs to Rs 2 crores approximately.
