They came into existence in the year 2014, they took the company into public and their name from Ratna Kamal Holdings Ltd to Unishire. They have also submitted their annual reports showing they had a yearly turnover of Rs.24L. You can google. You will come to know many bad reviews about this builder and their projects.

Q: Booked property with RMZ Latitude paying 30% upfront amount of in May 2014 at RMZ Latitude Project in Bangalore , While, in terms of the Agreement to Sell, the Apartment was to be completed and handed over to us by December 2014, In March 2016 I requested for refund of money with multiple follow-ups, the refund clause is mentioned in their agreement in case they could not able to deliver the property on time, after multiple follow-ups I have received no official response from them on my refund. Have gone thru a huge amount of personal harassment and heavy personal expenses during this entire process as I am based out of Mumbai now and need to travel many time to Bangalore followup purpose, after sending many mails to their senior leadership & reminders I normally did not receive any response from RMZ Homes for any status of my refund. Their sale agreement talks about the refund the amount in case customer cancel the project but they are not even following which is a part of contractual understanding. My biggest frustration is for their senior leadership who has no fundamental value to be responsible to their customers, just putting flamboyant outlook and flashy cloth does not make anybody as it is required to be customer-centric and the customer should feel the same experience when they book the property till the customers get the possession.
I hope my above experience would help many people in their decision going forward.
Latest Answer: Yes, better you file a complain under RERA, Bengaluru. As RERA authority is different in every state a procedure and portal for filing complaint are different for every state. The RERA Complaint can be filed only under the violation of rules and regulation established under RERA act. You need to go to the Bengaluru RERA portal. On the home page, you will find a link for Complaint Registration. once you will click on the Complaint Registration link, you will be redirected to the page where you need to provide details of the complaint.

Latest Answer: The OC is still not been issued..have been waiting 4 years....builders are pushing owners to register property without giving a legal OC from BBMP knowing fully well that even the khata cannot be made or utilities transferred in your own name without a legal OC. in a court of law you do not own the property without OC....simple.
