Hi felix,
The construction is going on although it started late. I have taken loan from HDFC and they did not have any problem sanctioning it. I have made 3 payments already.

Hi I think they have available flats but higher floors when I last visited in April 2016. As I stay of India note sure but recently I got a demand letter for commencement of footing. The possession is Dec 2019.

Hi,
There is one 3BHK flat available in Sunteck City Avenue-1, i don't think any single flats available for sale in Ph-2. This is a completely sold out project only available from builders. A 2BHK in 899 sq-ft will cost you Rs. 1.3 crore onward. This project is under construction and delivered to you by June,2019.
