KG Signature City Phase I offers 2 BHK - 925 to 945 Sq. Ft. and 3 BHK - 1110 to 1400 Sq. Ft. apartments. Phase I is spread across 11.8 acres of land and it has 4 Blocks (A, B, C & D)

Presently the rate per sqft going on here is Rs 6199/Sq.Ft on wards. The advantages of buying a property in this project are as follows: a) Ready to move in homes, b) No pre EMI and c) Club house with Swimming pool is completed :) :)

I have recently invested in KG Signature City and I am really impressed by the project and the builder. Their customer service is very good and the quality of construction and amenities are the best. I zeroed in on this project after seeing so many projects in Chennai. I am very happy with my choice.

please talk to the existing residents before taking a decision. There are a no of issues with water, power, maintenance etc in the project. so do talk to the members of the owners welfare association before taking the plunge

Hi, I visited the site last week, their Phase 1 is completed and people have moved in already and all the amenities are functional, there are few ready to occupy apartments are available now. Phase 2 construction is in full swing and they are expecting it to get completed in 2016 end.

Hi Kiran, a few weeks back, I have contacts with the builder and they said that the project is Ready to occupy. Good project for residential purpose. I think you should proceed to buy this project will give you good returns in future.
