Hi, honestly speaking, I meet with the developer, owner personally and he said that he was developing quality projects without much bother about no of the projects. One project that I have known is Delight Empire, which is located in the Kompally Hyderabad.

What about approvals and which all banks are providing loan for this project? Is builder has tie up with any banks?

The sanction plan has been approved under township planning and development plan has been approved by PMC. Banks like LIC, HDFC, Axis, SBI, ING Vysya Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Andhra bank has approved the project.

Hello dear, Project was launched in AUG 2015 and yes still builder are providing soft launch offer. It is up to you how you can convince for discount. But when I ask with the sales person they said he will give some discount in current price while finalising the apartment.

Hi, Currently the rate per sq ft is Rs 3500. As per builder assure me that the project is expected to complete till Dec 2017. He also said that in agreement paper possession date is mention with the penalty clause, so no need to worry about the delay in possession. I think this is the best part of this project that they are open and clear in all document part.

Yes the project is already launched and the project is expected to get completed by Jan 2017. It has got approval from BDA and banks like Corporation bank, bank of Baroda, HDFC, Axis, LIC and SBI.

Delight Eco Park is spared over 2 acres of land and there will be 3 towers and total no of unit is 276 but right now builder gets approval for only 200 units

1 Bedroom: 615 sq ft
2 Bedroom: 877 sqft
