I am planning to buy a apartment in Sarjapur Raod . I have narrowed down to three apartments

ND Passion
Concorde Amber

Please help me with the review of each of the apartments.

Concorde Amber is located in the fastest developing zone - Sarjapur. There will be only 123 limited edition homes in this project. The p;project is expected to get completed by 2016 The project has got approval from BDA and State Bank of India.

DSR Eden Greens is located at Varthur Road. It is a premium gated community comprising of 2 and 3 BHK apartments, 4 BHK penthouses with private terrace gardens off Sarjapur Road. The project has got all the approvals from banks and legal authority.
