Hi, You should check the paper before registration. Don't go for cancellation as you have to bear a huge loss. Try to speak to the builder and know the ground reality.
You don't need to worry as all the approvals are in place. As GNIDA has approved this project. They have sanctioned letter from LDA, AAI clearance, EIA /SPCB NOC clearance and Fire NOC. You will get your possession by December 2017.
