API is a trustable builder.

Q: I was shown a list of deliverables where API had listed down things they would deliver and I was convinced that just like various other real estate houses, these guys are also talking tall while they would deliver just the usual. Surprisingly it wasn't the case. They lived by every words of what they said. Yes the project delivery got slightly postposned to a month or two but then the final product was commendable.

Hi Anurag, They have completed around 20 projects. What is the name of the p[project you are talking about as I am planning to buy a property for resale in Regency Magnum in Kalyan Nagar.
