Thank you Pranay for your response. I am new in buying property and have no idea about what documents need to be asked from developer. May you please advise what should I ask them to show.

When is the project expected to get completed and what is the rate per sqft going on in the same?

The project is still under construction and the expected completion date is by end of 2017. Currently the rate per sqft ranges from Rs 3300 to Rs 3840.

They are offering Possession for phase 1 flats in Oct'16 and for phase 2 in Dec 2017 as rightly said by Pranay. they are offering 3300 in 50:50 down payment plan.

Hi Sekhar, Royal Nest is an ongoing project and first project by Omkar Nest Pvt Ltd. You have to check with the builder if they have all the necessary approval from banks and legal body.
