Hello Malag, Are you open to moving towards Sion or Kurla. We are developing a complex, Eastern Winds, located off Priyadarshini Circle. This property has everything you would need. Well connected stations, freeways and flyovers to all parts of Mumbai, a sprawling complex of 5 residential buildings offering elegantly designed 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments that overlook a beautifully landscaped garden, complemented by fine amenities such as a well-equipped gym, library and coffee corner, indoor games room, parking area and convenience stores. You will get the possession by December end of this year. You can call the sales team at +91 22 39528483 / 67302929 to see the sample flats.

Hi Nitin,
Where is the project strategically located and how is the neighborhood? Is the locality good for family living? What will be the cost of 2BHK all inclusive?

Hi Malay,
I would only suggest you that you should visit the project site of Royal palms Diamond Isle Phase-1 and 2, see the construction status as well as the construction material used in this project, check all the legal approvals, verify it by a legal expert. As there is a lot of bad reviews about this project. So, invest after all due diligence. Don't believe in any rumors.

I think Arup is right.
I had visited there as well.. No doubt very beautiful surroundings. But the whole road was filled with potholes and that happens there in beginning of every monsoon. Investing there is full of risk. It gets very lonely post evenings, major road work being proposed and when that starts it will be very dusty/noisey/traffic jams etc. Till then the roads are not good any case and very difficult to motor. Also if its investment, then rental and re-sale is almost negligible - like the above post mentioned its more of bachelors. Too much money on very little value, it would make sense as a second home at 3500-4000/sq-ft all inclusive, even then the building and interiors need a immediate revamp.
