I have heard the very bad review about Supertech, can anyone give me advice, whether I should go with Supertech hill town or not, what is the possession date.

What will be the booking amount of 2BHk and which all banks are funding this project?

@Shailja,
Booking amount will Rs. 3 lacs for 2BHK and Rs.5 lacs for 3BHK of total flat cost. Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding this project.

Hello Shailja,
I have discussed with the developer on this project. As per him, PLC will be Rs.125/sq-ft. for 1st to 3rd floor, 4th to 7th floor-Rs.100/sq-ft., 8th to 9th floor-Rs.75/sq-ft, 10th to 11th floor-Rs.50/sq-ft, 12th to 14th floor-Rs.25/sq-ft. corner flat-Rs.50/sq-ft., Park facing-Rs.50/sq-ft. and Araville facing-Rs.100/sq-ft.

As far as project approval is concerned, all necessary approvals are in place and approved by HUDA but you should verify it by a legal expert.

Supertech Hilltown is well connected to Sohna-Gurgaon Rad, project sorrounding over Aravalli Range, other landmarks and nearby development such as GD Goenka Education City, K R Mangalam University, Westin Resort, MMTC Palm God Refinery, Assendas IT & ITES SEZ and IMT Industrial town is all nearby this project.

Service Tax applicable would be payable by the customer as per demand (Basic-3.50%, PLC Club Membership & Other Charges-14%).

Price of 2BHK in 1275 sq-ft will cost you Rs. 63 lacs all inclusive. 1200 sq-ft. flats have been sold out. They are charging Rs. 5250/sq-ft. And the possession date will be December-2019.

Other Charges like EDC and IDC-Rs.550/sq-ft, Covered car parking (1-mandatory)-Rs.2.5 lacs, Club membership charges-Rs.1.5 lacs, IFMS charges-Rs.75/sq-ft., Power back-up charges (3-kw mandatory)-20000/kw and Electricity installation charges-Rs.20000/kw.

Yes, the price is negotiable and you can get a good bargain on it.
