Q: I am planning to invest in New panvel area for period of 4-5 years expecting good returns after that. One of the reputed builder from area Neel Group has good project just behind DMart but asking price for 2BHK is 1.15 crore. Is this price fair? I am concerned that as that price is high the property would not give me good returns after 4-5 years. Please advise

Hi, If you are trying for home near Station, there will be no problem as far as commuting to travel will be little hectic as its tedious travelling in trains. And harbour trains are very famous of being late. The autos tend to overcharge so having own vehicle would be good idea. The condition of roads has worsen severely in rains. There are many shops so grocery won't be problem. There is D-mart and Big Bazar too.
