Q:I am planning to invest in New panvel area for period of 4-5 years expecting good returns after that. One of the reputed builder from area Neel Group has good project just behind DMart but asking price for 2BHK is 1.15 crore. Is this price fair? I am concerned that as that price is high the property would not give me good returns after 4-5 years. Please advise
