Q: I am looking forward to book a home in Rasayani Kalash city. They are offering 2800 /sq feet rate which is ok with me. But it is too far from panvel station and transportation will be problem for daily basis. It is a pre launch offer. Can anyone guide on the authenticity of this project and is it worth investing in this area and this particular project ?
