Yes, There was public notice in 'Sakal' newspaper that Central bank of India has taken possession of Land (Eastern ranges plot) which was mortgaged by builder for loan. With current outstanding of ~52 cr, Central bank has acquired it under SARFAESI Act.

I heard a lot of issues regarding this project, first PMC issue, structural issues then bankruptcy issues. And later they sold their Alibaug 5 star hotel and got huge amount out that sale. But still i can't see any progress that not sure what they have done with that big money.

Does it include Gilmour or Alti buildings ? I was told it affects only proposed Julia behind the site office and NOT Gilmour or Alti but have no confirmation of this news. If any one is sure please do inform me.
