Q: I am planning to buy flat in gb road thane , can i know more about haware citi construction quality n per sq.ft price ?

I am planning to purchase 2bhk so can I know what will be cost there?

Can you tell me,if building are strong from inside and will not create problem. for me road and neighbourhood doesnot matter. from childhood i stayed in thane and want to live in thane only.

The project Haware Citi by Haware Builders is a shining example of shoddy construction by any builder.
1. Access road has not been built for last 4 years
2. No lighting on the makeshift (kachcha) road
3. STP not maintained for long
4. Lifts are not working in some buildings
5. Building exterior finishing is very poor
6. Interior of common areas not developed

You should visit and see for yourself.
Infact my suggestion would be scrutinise every Haware project before you advance with your deal.

The good thing about Haware Citi is lots of open area is available within the complex. And the surroundings are simply fantastic.

Hi Riddhi,
As far as construction quality is concerned, you have to visit the project site. You can judge it better than anyone else. Secondly, You are going to invest a huge amount there. So, my advice to you visit the site and see the approaching road, connectivity, basic facilities from the project site, neighborhood issues etc.

Currently, the asking rate is 8541/sq-ft. for a 2bhk in 761 sq-ft. (564 carpet area). It will cost to you Rs.65 lakh all inclusive.
