Hi all,
At the same time, the financial structure of the sectors has also been divided into two parts by them. Huda will recover extension fees, transfer fees and other fees related to plots. While 75% of recovery fees, maintenance extension fees, building plan application fees and composition charge will be given to MCG, the rest will be given to Huda.

Yes, and the unsold plots in the sectors will be divided equally between Huda and MCG. However, property tax, water supply maintenance charges and sewerage charges generated from the sectors will be recovered by MCG. Huda, on the other hand, it will allot space for meat markets, cremation grounds, transport hubs, and dumping sites for solid waste.

It is a good move Ayesha. As the corporation has expertise in providing maintenance services. The move will bring down multiplicity of agencies in the city. For that purpose Huda staff working in the sectors will be temporarily sent to MCG on deputation. They are expected to be transferred permanently.

But at the same time, it is also true that not all welcomed this move. MCG is managing a few sectors and villages and those are in a very bad state. I don't think MCG is capable of providing better services than Huda.

Yes, and the transfer sector includes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7 Extension, 9, 9A, 10A, 12, 12A, 14, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 23A, 27, 28, 30 (Part), 31, 32, 33, 34, 37 (Part 2), 38, 39, 40, 41 (Part), 42, 43, 47, 54, 55 and 56. Lack of funds with Huda have resulted in poor civic amenities in these sectors.

Helo Indranil,
But the transfer order didn't come yet. It will come in a couple of days after chief minister Maohar Lal Khattar approved an MCG takeover of maintenance in DLF phases 1-3, Sushant Lok-1 and Udyog Vihar.
