Q: I am buying a resale flat in mira road. I have a question where and how to pay LBT for the resale .?
Whether it has to be paid with Stampduty through Gras online ie 6% STamp duty and 1% registration or the 1 % LBT to be paid seperate after registration

To pay your LBT, you have to first open pmc.mahalbt.com site. As per schedule. Range from 0.1% to 8%. Miscellaneous schedule (goods not covered
elsewhere) taxable at 4%

E-payment of LBT possible through every bank
For others, physical payment at Treasury (Kshetriya Karyala)
